Required Following documents –

  1. xerox copy of mark sheet of 12 Class , (1st SEMESTER)
  2. Registration Certificate (Xerox) & ( 1st SEMESTER )
  3. 4 Copies stamp size Photo,
  4. All Semester Mark sheet Xerox Copy, (3rd & 5th SEMESTER )
  5. 320 /- ,Those who are the Supplementary Candidate they must pay Rs. 640 /-

 

Also bring original certificate at time of Form Fill up.
